Returns:
You have 60 days from the date of receipt to return your items for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging, labels, and tags still intact.
Non-returnable items: All Polygonal Microblade Boxes, Disposable Ground Pad Packs, all opened products, or items marked as final sale.
Note: If your product is defective, please contact us within 60 days from the date of receipt. We will review your case and determine if an exception can be granted.
Return Process:
Contact us: Email our customer service team at erin@iagnes.com with your Sales Order (SO) number and reason for the return.
Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label via email.
Shipping: Pack your items securely and use the provided shipping label to return the item to us.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund as been completed.
Exchanges:
For exchanges, please email erin@iagnes.com with your SO number and details of the issue or desired exchange.
Once your exchange request is approved, the exchange will be processed once the returned item is received.
